DC & Recipe: Summer Savory Sausage

Any Washingtonian can attest to our luck this summer with the fair weather. While August might not always seem like the easiest time to enjoy preparing hot food, we’ve got a recipe up our sleeves that attests to the delicious flavors from our local produce as well as Open Book’s fantastic sausages. You’ll need cherry or heirloom tomatoes, herbs, garlic, onion, and peppers- all available this Saturday!
